Shin Nihongo Gakko
Apply
One office, two jobs: teach the language, file the visa.
Shin Nihongo Gakko was set up as a single point of contact for students headed to Japan — so no one is passed between a language centre and a separate visa agent partway through the process.
We publish the numbers most agencies keep internal
Application outcomes in this sector are usually shared selectively — a handful of approval photos, no mention of how many applied or were turned down. We built our statistics page to work the other way: applied, rejected and granted counts for every batch, published as one record.
That record isn't limited to our own language students either. If you studied Japanese through another school or agent and just need the visa side handled, we'll take on that filing on its own — your outcome gets logged the same way.
Three things we built this office around
Same team, whole journey
Your language instructor and your visa consultant sit in the same office and share your file — nothing gets re-explained at a handover.
A public paper trail
Every batch's applied/rejected/granted figures go on our Statistics page, not just in an internal spreadsheet.
Self-serve status checks
Students look up their own application with an ID we issue at enrolment — no need to call the office for an update.
The consultants you'll actually work with
Team members will appear here once added from the Admin Panel.
Come in, or reach us before you do
