Why Shin Nihongo Gakko

What we do differently

01

Nothing is summarised after the fact

Batch numbers go up on this site as decisions come in, before anyone asks — not compiled into a highlight reel afterward.

02

Rejections are on the record too

COE and visa rejections are counted alongside approvals for every batch. We don't publish only the good outcomes.

03

Open to outside students

Learned Japanese elsewhere or through another agent? We'll still take on your visa filing on its own.

04

One team, start to finish

The same consultants who teach your class also prepare your COE and visa file — no handover between departments.

How It Works

Four stages, tracked end to end

1

Enrol & start class

Join an N5/N4 batch and begin lessons — your applicant file opens on day one.

2

Documents & COE

We collect paperwork and file your Certificate of Eligibility with the school in Japan.

3

Visa filing

Once COE is issued, your visa application goes in — we prep you for the embassy interview.

4

Visa issued

Your result is recorded publicly the same week, and we help you prepare for departure.

Common Questions

Before you enrol

Yes. If you've already studied Japanese elsewhere or through another agent, we can take on your COE and visa filing as a standalone service.
They're the actual applied/rejected/granted counts for each batch we've run, entered by our office as decisions are received — the same numbers we use internally.
We record it on the public statistics page regardless of outcome, and our consultants will discuss next steps directly with the student.
