Terms of Use

By using this website (shinnihongogakko.com), you agree to the terms below. Please read them before using the site.

1. Purpose of this website

This website provides information about Shin Nihongo Gakko's Japanese-language courses (N5/N4), student visa support, and free online learning resources (Hiragana, Katakana, Kanji, Grammar, Vocabulary quizzes, and more).

2. Using the free quizzes and learning content

• All free quizzes and learning content on this site are for personal, non-commercial educational use only
• Entering your name is required before starting a quiz — this helps us review teaching quality
• This content may not be copied and republished on other websites or platforms without our permission

3. Course applications and visa support

Submitting a course application does not guarantee admission. We will review your application and contact you. Visa approval is entirely at the discretion of the relevant embassy/authority — we provide preparation and procedural support only, and cannot guarantee a visa. Our Visa Statistics page transparently shows our actual success rate.

4. Accuracy of information

Any information you provide through the course application, CV Maker, or contact form must be accurate and truthful. Applicants are responsible for any issues caused by incorrect information.

5. Content ownership

All text, design, logos, and educational content on this website belong to Shin Nihongo Gakko, unless stated otherwise. None of it may be used for commercial purposes without our written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

We try our best to keep information accurate and up to date (such as on the Visa Statistics page), but we are not liable for indirect losses arising from any information on this website. Please contact us directly to confirm anything important before making a major decision.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as needed. Updated terms take effect as soon as they are published on this page.
